We think life should be fun – It can be overwhelming or even a little nerve-wracking to leave the Interior Design and Decoration to someone else. That’s why we’ve created a structured and transparent process to keep you informed of the progress. We make sure that the final result is not only excellent, but that the period of change is also pleasant and even fun.
Phase 1 – Uncovering your history
Every project starts, once the quote accepted, with an online questionnaire followed by a face-to-face meeting. During this time, we will dive into your story—exploring your style, needs, and personal preferences. Together, we uncover what truly matters to you, considering everything from your family dynamic to your unique ideas and aspirations.
This meeting lays the foundation for your journey with Floortje Interiors, ensuring that every detail of your project reflects who you are and what you envision.
Phase 2 – from idea to conception
After considering all the personal details, we present a first concept through sketches that bring your vision to life. We’ll select and present colors and materials, guided by our expert advice. To help you visualize the project, we create mood boards or trend boards that capture the essence of the design.
With these boards and the initial sketches, we build a cohesive concept that ties everything together—from furniture ideas and material selections to the finishing touches that make your space uniquely yours.
Phase 3 – From conception to design
This is the phase where your project truly comes to life. After incorporating your feedback and refining the initial designs, we finalize the concept. To help you fully envision your future space, we create detailed 3D renderings, complete with furniture proposals, color palettes, and material finishes.
If desired, we can design custom furniture, presented through 2D plans or 3D visualizations, offering a dynamic and immersive way to see your project take shape—a space that reflects your personality and feels like home.
Phase 4 – From design to reality
Once the interior layout, furniture selection, and accessory list are complete, it’s time for the final step: handing over your keys. This is when we transform your space, bringing every detail we’ve planned to life—and adding those extra touches that make all the difference.
In this final phase, we implement the complete design with precision and care, leaving room for the highest level of personalization. It’s where your vision becomes reality, and your space truly becomes your own.
